Meeting Planner’s Guide Listing Materials Submission

  • Thank you for purchasing a listing in the Meeting Planner's Guide. Please provide the following materials for your listing, including a 50-word description about your company, contact information and logo. Content will be edited for space and clarity. Once you have submitted all materials, you will receive a proof to review and make suggested edits before the publication is sent to the printer.

  • Choose ONE category where you would like your listing to be included.
  • 50 word description of your company. Good ideas are quick highlights of your business, hours and specialties. If you have purchased more than one listing, please fill out this form for each listing.
  • Please upload your company logo. It should be a vector image file (.ai or .eps) or at least 2" x 2" at a resolution of 300 DPI. Please do not send logos embedded in a word document - attach the image files separately. Logo may be placed in the publication smaller depending on shape, however we want to make sure it is large enough to be reproduced at high-resolution.
    Max. file size: 256 MB.
  • To submit your entry, click the "Submit" button below. If you want to save your entry as a draft and return to it later, click the "Save a Draft" button to receive a unique link to return to your form. If you have entered an email address above, a copy of the link will also be sent to your email. You can use this link to return to your saved draft for up to 30 days. Once you submit your form, you will no longer be able to make changes.
