Greenspring Events - Hemp-Derived Consumer Product Display & Sampling Agreement

This form must be completed by exhibitors sampling Hemp Derived Consumer Product at Greenspring Media events.

All Hemp Derived Consumer Product exhibitors at events produced by Greenspring Media are required to review and sign this notice concerning sampling of Hemp Derived Consumer Products at the specified event.

I understand that Greenspring may request proof of registration or licensing at any time.

All products I intend to display or sample at this event:

- Are hemp-derived, containing no more than 0.3% total THC by dry weight, in accordance with Minnesota Statutes & Minnesota Rules Chapter 9810.

- Do NOT include cannabis flower, cannabis concentrates, or adult-use cannabis products.

- Comply with all Minnesota potency rules, including Lower-Potency Hemp Edibles

- Are properly labeled with cannabinoid content and ingredients.

- Have valid Certificates of Analysis (COAs) available and will be provided to Greenspring upon request.
Product Display Requirements

Allowed on Guest-Facing Tables:
- Beverages
- Topicals
- Health & wellness products
- Accessories
- Any non-ingestible hemp-derived consumer products

Required on Back Tables (Non-Reachable by Guests)
- All edible products, including gummies, chocolates, candies, baked goods, etc.

Prohibited Items
- Cannabis (marijuana) products
- High-THC adult-use products
- Cannabis flower
- Cannabis concentrates
- Any product not compliant with Minnesota hemp law

How Samples Must Be Handled

- Samples must be distributed directly by vendor staff, hand-to-hand.

- No self-serve, open bowls, grab-and-go containers, or unattended sample stations.

Sample Size

- Follow the Greenspring Media established samples sizes:
-- 1 oz per beverage sample
-- 1 mg per edible sample

- Sample portions may not exceed the legal single serving size of the product.

- THC-containing samples must reflect the product’s labeled THC content.
