Rhythm & Brews | Best of Beer Competition 

We want to invite you to enter our Rhythm & Brews Best of Beer competition! Minnesota Monthly will host a competition to see who has the best beer, seltzer, RTD, and THC/CBD beverages. The competition will create additional value and marketing opportunities for your company and gives the winners the ultimate bragging rights. PLUS, there is no cost to participate. 

We will be choosing the overall winner in each of the 9 categories and one overall best beer from the 6 beer subcategories based on which beer received the highest average score.  

Guidelines for Submission 

  • You may submit as many beverages as you like into as many categories as you would like. The one exception to this rule is the THC category, which is limited to 2 submissions per brand. 
  • You may submit the same beverage in multiple categories. 
  • All submissions entered into the competition must be beverages you will be sampling at Rhythm & Brews. 

There are four overall categories to submit:

  • Beer 
    • Cider 
    • Flavored 
    • IPA 
    • Lager/Pilsner 
    • Pale Ale 
    • Wheat 
  • RTD (Ready to Drink / Canned Cocktails) 
  • Seltzer 
  • THC/CBD (Limit 2 submissions per brand)

Awards & Recognition 

  • Winners will be listed in the Rhythm & Brews Event Program given out to all guests at the event. 
  • Awards will be given out at the beginning of the event. 

Submission Form & Deadlines 

  • The deadline to submit your competition entries is SEPTEMBER 1, 2026. If you would like to participate, please complete this form by the deadline. 

Shipping Information 

  • Please send a minimum of 4 cans or bottles per beverage submitted. 
  • Please DO NOT send cold beverages as we are not able to keep them cold until the day before the judging.  
  • Product must arrive by SEPTEMBER 7, 2026 to be considered.
