Position Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Account Executive to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in print, digital, and event sales, and will be responsible for driving revenue growth by developing and maintaining strong client relationships. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent communication skills and a passion for media sales.

Key Responsibilities:

– Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets across print, digital, and event platforms.

– Identify and prospect new clients, while maintaining and growing existing client relationships.

– Conduct thorough market research to understand client needs and industry trends.

– Present and sell comprehensive media solutions to clients, leveraging Greenspring Media’s diverse portfolio.

– Collaborate with internal teams to create customized proposals and ensure successful campaign execution.

– Monitor and report on sales performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.

– Stay informed about industry developments and competitive landscape to identify new opportunities.

Qualifications:

– Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.

– Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in media sales, with a focus on print, digital, and event sales preferred.

– Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.

– Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.

– Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

– Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools.

– Self-motivated, with a proactive and results-oriented approach.
