NOTE TO PARTICIPANTS:
Greenspring Media may and will require participants to remove any information regarding products that are not a Midwest Home Luxury Home Tour Sponsor.
If you have a product partner that is intersted in displaying promotional/product information in your home, we encourage that you share Lori Miller’s contact information with them.
Please contact Jordyn Tayloe if you have a concern on the palcement of your homes sales center.
Guest Traffic Flow
We ask that a consistent traffic flow is maintained from home to home. For this reason, guests will enter through the front door and exit through the garage. As they exit, they will have the opportunity to pick up any promotional materials provided by sponsors and the builder from the sales center. This will be amended if a change in the sales center location is needed.
If you have any concerns about this flow, please contact Jordyn Tayloe.
Staffing
At least one builder or remodeler representative will need to arrive at the home 30 min before the start of the tour every day.
The Luxury Home Tour will be providing one Home Host to greet guests, scan passports, and answer questions. They will also arrive 30 min before the tour begins each day for set up and will need access to the home.
The Home Host is a represntative of the Midwest Home brand and can provide any additional tour information that guests may have. Please direct any guests to the Home Host with tour questions.
ATTENTION: We ask that you provide an access code for the event staff to access the garage or location that materials will be stored and displayed. Please provide this information to Jordyn Tayloe, if you have not already done so.
Passport Tickets
Tickets used by the public are called Passports. As guests go from home to home, their passports will be scanned. Single home tickets will be sold at the home for $10.00 each.
All guests during tour hours are required to purchase a passport or single home ticket.
Builders receive free passports as part of their participation to be used for personal visits (for clients, partners, etc.). No unpaid entry is allowed during tour hours, and Midwest Home team members are trained NOT to create or accept a will-call-list. If you have a questions about your complimentary passports, please contact Jordyn Tayloe.
Set Up + Tear Down
Pre and Post Tour:
On the Wednesday / Thursday before your tour weekend, the event team will deliver event materials to all homes for that specific weekend. After completion of your tour weekend, our team will collect all items from the home on Monday. If you have any concerns about event supplies / delivery please reach out to Jordyn Tayloe.
GARAGE OR STORAGE LOCATION OF EVENT SUPPLIES MUST BE CLEARED AND READY BY THE WEDNESDAY PRIOR TO YOUR TOUR WEEKEND BY 8 AM.
It is the responsibility of the builder to have the garage cleaned and ready for our materials by the Wednesday prior to your tour weekend at 8 am. This means no paint cans, tools, garbage, etc. and the space and floor must be fully cleaned.
Reminder, the garage is where we store event supplies and stage the sales center. If you prefer for us to store the event supplies and stage the sales center in a different location, please reach out to Jordyn Tayloe.
During Tour:
Each day of the tour, the Home Host will arrive 30 min before the show to stage and set up the entry table, ubrella, chairs, and more. They will store all of this material each evening after the tour in the designated location at the home.
