Minneapolis, March 2010 – Greenspring Media Group is pleased to announce the appointment of Katie Dohman as Style Editor of Minnesota Monthly. Serving in this highly visible position, Dohman will cover retail, fashion, and lifestyle trends and will edit the magazine’s newly redesigned Style section. Additionally, she will attend store and restaurant openings, charity and fund-raising events, and make media appearances as requested.

Dohman has extensive background in journalism. A graduate of the University of Minnesota, she began her career in newspapers but later switched to magazines. She has edited a custom publication for Macy’s and served as Beauty Editor at Mpls.-St. Paul Magazine while employed by MSP Communications. Most recently, she worked as a web writer with Brain Traffic, serving such clients as UnitedHealth Group and 3M. A Twin Cities native, Dohman is familiar and knowledgeable about local fashion, retail, products, and designers.

Dohman’s byline will first appear in the May issue of Minnesota Monthly, which hits newsstands on April 15, 2010.
